Deep Medicine Acquisition Corp., a publicly traded special purpose acquisition company, and TruGolf Inc., among the leading sellers and distributors of golf simulator software and hardware with headquarters in Salt Lake City, Utah, announced the closing of their previously announced business combination. In connection with the consummation of the business combination, the combined public company was renamed “TruGolf Holdings, Inc.” The transaction is valued at approximately $125,000,000. EGS acted as counsel to Deep Medicine Acquisition Corp.

New York City has enacted a law requiring all employers to provide their employees with a Worker’s Bill of Rights beginning on July 1, 2024. Employers will have to post and distribute it to all employees, regardless of immigration status.
