MingZhu Logistics Holdings Limited Closes NASDAQ IPO
MingZhu Logistics Holdings Limited (NASDAQ: YGMZ), a China-based trucking services provider, closed its firm commitment initial public offering with ViewTrade Securities of 3,000,000 ordinary shares priced at $4.00 per share for total gross proceeds of US$12 million. The shares began trading on the NASDAQ Capital Market on October 21, 2020 under the ticker symbol “YGMZ”.
EGS acted as counsel to MingZhu Logistics, assisting the latest of EGS’ China-based clients in navigating the SEC and Nasdaq listing process.
