    Starting at 12:00 p.m. today, restaurant and foodservice operations could apply for a grant through the $28.6B  Restaurant Revitalization Fund (RRF). Applicants must register with SBA in order to submit an application (unless you are applying through your point-of-sale vendor).

    Client Alert: NYC Dining & Event Curfews Extended

    Governor Cuomo has announced that starting Monday, April 19, 2021, restaurants may operate for on-premises dining until 12:00 a.m., instead of requiring restaurants to close for on-premises dining at 11:00 p.m. All customers will be required to be out of the restaurant’s indoor and outdoor dining spaces at 12:00 a.m., though takeout and delivery may continue past 12:00 a.m.
