Marissa A. Johnson, an associate of the firm, practices in the Firm’s Corporate and Securities group. She advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, securities law, IPOs, and corporate governance, with extensive experience in cross-border transactions. Ms. Johnson advises underwriters, financial institutions, and corporate clients on buy-side and sell-side transactions, as well as IPOs, across sectors such as clean energy, healthcare, manufacturing, automotive, shipping and logistics, and emerging technologies, including blockchain and artificial intelligence.
Ms. Johnson received her Juris Doctor from Southern University Law Center and a Bachelor’s degree from Louisiana State University.
She is admitted to practice law as an attorney in New York and New Jersey and as a solicitor in England and Wales (currently non-practicing).
