Larry Cagney, a member of the Firm, has over thirty years’ experience in employment and business litigation including wage & hour class actions and claims brought pursuant to California’s Private Attorney General Act (PAGA).

Mr. Cagney is admitted to practice in California courts, the United States District Courts for the Southern, Central, Eastern and Northern Districts of California as well as the Western District of Washington. He has also served as lead appellate counsel in numerous matters. Reported examples of his appellate work include Hughes Electronics Corp. v. Citibank Delaware (2004) 120 Cal. App. 4th 251 and Aral v. EarthLink, Inc. (2005) 134 Cal. App. 4th 544.

Mr. Cagney received his Juris Doctor degree from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles and has deep roots in Southern California, having attended California State University at Long Beach. He enjoys sailing and is a member of the Long Beach LGBTQ Attorneys and Allies chapter of the Long Beach Bar Association.
