Jay Ji, an associate of the Firm, practices in all aspects of corporate and securities law, with a focus on special purpose acquisition companies (“SPACs”), De-SPAC mergers, and initial public offerings. Mr. Ji represents both domestic and foreign issuers and underwriters in a broad range of corporate and securities matters, including public and private capital raising transactions, Securities Act of 1933 Registration Statements, periodic reporting requirements under the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934 for public companies, and corporate governance.
Mr. Ji received his Juris Doctor from St. John’s University School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts from Fordham University. Mr. Ji is admitted to practice in the State of New York, and he is fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
