Eric O. Zeiger, an associate of the Firm, has experience representing and advising employers regarding employment law claims and suits. Mr. Zeiger has defended employers in all aspects of employment litigation matters ranging from wage and hour class and PAGA actions to discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims. Mr. Zeiger has represented and assisted employers at all stages of the litigation process including responding to pre-litigation administrative claims, drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, taking depositions, and representing employers at trial or arbitration. Mr. Zeiger also works closely with clients to implement handbook policies and practices that help employers avoid engaging in costly litigation.
Mr. Zeiger received his Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law and his Bachelor of Science from California Lutheran University. During his time in law school, Mr. Zeiger served as Vice President of the Labor and Employment Society. Shortly after graduating, Mr. Zeiger also helped launch the University of San Diego School of Law’s Workers’ Rights clinic. The USD Law Workers’ Rights Clinic assists lower-income workers with a variety of employment law issues including employee rights, unemployment benefits, and more.
As a southern California native, Mr. Zeiger enjoys taking advantage of the weather by visiting the beach and hiking with his wife and daughter. Mr. Zeiger is also an avid sports fan and enjoys supporting many of the local Los Angeles teams including the Lakers, Rams, Dodgers, and Kings.
