Donghai Yu, an associate of the Firm, practices in all aspects of corporate and securities law, with a particular focus on securities regulation, and public and private offerings.
Mr. Yu received his J.D. from William & Mary Law School in 2023, where he was a staff member for the Environmental Law and Policy Review. He received his B.A. in History from University at Buffalo, SUNY in 2016 and his M.A. in Social Sciences with a concentration in History from The University of Chicago in 2018.
Mr. Yu is admitted to practice in the state of New York. He is a native Mandarin speaker.
