Benedetta Bortoluzzi is an associate in the Firm’s Labor & Employment Practice Group. She advises clients – including Italian companies – on compliance matters and a wide range of employment-related issues. Ms. Bortoluzzi also represents both small businesses and large corporations in employment law litigation.
Ms. Bortoluzzi is fluent in Italian, Spanish, English, and French.
Ms. Bortoluzzi is admitted to practice in New York. She received her LL.M. degree from Fordham University School of Law, and her Italian Law degree (Laurea in Giurisprudenza) from LUISS Guido Carli School of Law (Rome, Italy).
