Ya-Ting Chiang, an associate of the Firm, practices in all aspects of corporate and securities law – with a focus on securities regulation, public and private offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters.
Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Chiang was a judicial fellow at New York Supreme Court. Prior to that, she was a legal counsel at a global investment management corporation based in the U.S. She was previously associated with a prestigious corporate law firm based in Taiwan, where she focused on matters involving cross-border business and investment.
Ms. Chiang received her Master of Laws degree from the University of Chicago in 2021, and her Bachelor of Laws degree from National Chengchi University in 2014. She is admitted to practice law in the State of New York and in Taiwan. She is a native Mandarin speaker.
