Matthew Bernstein, a member of the Firm, is the Head of the Capital Markets Group as well as the Head of the ’34 Act and Public Company Representation Practice Group. He practices in all aspects of corporate and securities law.
Mr. Bernstein focuses his practice on the representation of investment banks and institutional investors on capital markets transactions and on the representation of public issuers on securities law and public reporting compliance and stock exchange compliance, while providing corporate governance guidance, capital markets advisory and SEC and regulatory insights.
Mr. Bernstein earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Labor Relations, with a concentration in Economics, at Cornell University and earned his Juris Doctorate at Fordham University School of Law. He is admitted to practice in the States of New York and New Jersey.
